Chakra Balancing

Chakra balancing is a holistic wellness practice that supports emotional well-being, relaxation, and a deeper connection with the self. It is based on the idea of energy centers in the body, where each chakra is linked to specific emotions, physical areas, and personal growth. Practices like meditation, breathwork, and energy healing are often used to reduce stress, improve emotional awareness, and restore balance and calm.
