I offer Reiki to overloaded people, burnt out, or stuck — mentally, physically, or emotionally. I don’t overtalk it. I don’t overpromise. I hold space and use what works to help you regulate your energy, feel clearer, and get back to yourself, session by session. I do this because I’ve lived the edge — and I know how powerful this work can be when you’re finally ready to feel different.
