We’ve all had the experience of feeling scattered, and perhaps a bit overwhelmed at work. Maybe you’re inundated with projects or feel a sense of demotivation to complete assignments. Mindfulness is directly linked to motivation and satisfaction in the workplace. Workers feel stressed by factors both in and outside of work such as struggling to balance work and personal lives, job security, workload and other people-related issues. They have turned to mindfulness as an essential strategy to fight work-related stress. While we can take control of most areas of our life, we must not forget to incorporate our work environments into our wellness journey. Please share your experiences of mindfulness in the workplace, or ask questions as how to better use our techniques within your company/business.
